Project Overview

This redevelopment on Old Georgetown Road that will lead to a new sanctuary and a nine-story, 107-unit condo building. 

The new 350-seat, 53,000-square-foot church must be no more than 76 feet tall, the 145,863-square-foot condo building must be no more than 94 feet tall, and it will have 17 moderately priced dwelling units (15 percent).

The 2-acre site must include 47,200 square feet of green area. 

The seven-story, 64,000-square-foot Graceful Growing Together Center would include a new worship center for the church, space for child care, offices for nonprofit organizations, a commercial kitchen and multi-purpose space expected to contain a basketball court.
